These gluten free hot wings are so easy to make and they taste just like the fantastic ones you would get at your favorite restaurant or pub. Thankfully they taste delicious while being gluten free and you don’t need to worry about cross contamination from the fryer.
- Chicken wings
- Corn starch
- ½ cup Franks Red Hot sauce
- 1/3 cup Butter or Margarine
- Carrots
- Celery
- Ranch dressing
- Coat chicken wings in a light dusting of corn starch.
- Place wings in air fryer for approximately 20 min at 400°F, shaking or flipping every 5 min.
- Melt butter.
- Mix butter and Franks Hot sauce together.
- Make carrot and celery sticks.
- When wings are crispy place in a bowl and coat with hot sauce.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
